Looking for a light & delicious plant-based dressing?
I have what you are looking for.
Perfect for in a salad or as "mayonnaise".
What you need :
teaspoon Mustard
tablespoon Plant-based yoghurt (Alpro - Abbot Kinneys - Provamel -...)
tablespoon apple vinegar
tablespoon olive oil
teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons of sunflower oil or rape oil
How to :
Add all the ingredients in a bowl except for the sunflower oil.
Once everything mixed add the sunflower oil. You can add as much as you want to create the consistancy you like... Add more oil if you want to create more a dressing, add less if you want kind of a mayonnaise.
Perfect with a green salad (Chicory - Romain lettuce & spinach) & avocado.
